WHAT FLOOR PLANS DO YOU OFFER?

We have 4 different floor plans:
Lincoln 2 floor plan - 2 bedroom 2 bath townhomes with attached 1 car garage and 1,058 square feet
Lincoln 3 floor plan - 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhomes with attached 1 car garage and 1,293 square feet
Fiona - 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhomes with attached 2 car garage and 1,568 square feet
Jennie Lee - 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhomes with attached 1 car garage and 1,354 square feet

Each townhome has a private driveway.

are garages included?

Yes, 1 car attached garages are included and 2 car attached garages are included with our 3 bedroom Fiona floor plan. There is also a private driveway allowing for one more vehicle to be parked for a total of 2-4 parking spots per townhome, depending on the floor plan. There is also ample guest parking available.

are pets allowed?

Yes! We allow as many as 2 pets per townhome. Dog breed restrictions include fully or partial pit bull, german shepard, doberman, rottweiler, akitas, and mastiffs. Others may be added.

what utilities are included?

No utilities are included in the base rent. Residents are responsible for paying water, sewer, gas, and electric based on usage.

what are the additional fees?

Residents pay an additional $136 per month to include Renter's Liability Waiver, Amenity and Tech Fee (including internet), Pest Control, and Monthly Utility Service. This is in addition to the utilities that are charged separately based on usage.

what school districts serve this community?

We are in the Bonneville Joint School District #93. This includes Summit Hills Elementary School, Rocky Mountain Middle School, and Bonneville High School.

are your townhomes furnished?

No, our townhomes are leased unfurnished, allowing residents to personalize your living space.

ARE THERE FENCED YARDS?

Yes! Every townhome comes with a small fenced yard with some grass and a concrete patio.

ARE WASHER AND DRYER INCLUDED?

Yes, washers and dryers are included.

can i rent my townhome with roommates?

Yes, we are roommate and student friendly!

what are the amenities?

We have a community playgroundand a covered BBQ area with grill and picnic benches. Each townhome comes with stainless steel appliances, central heating and cooling, breakfast bar, hardwood floor, walk in closet, microwave, dishwasher, ample cabinet space, balcony, and patio.
